How long will it take?
We strive to deliver exceptional quality within a reasonable timeframe. Generally, the creation of each custom jewelry piece takes between 4 to 8 weeks, allowing us to devote the necessary time and attention to detail. However, we also offer the option of rushing an order for an additional fee, should you require a faster turnaround time.
How much will it cost?
Our approach to creating jewelry begins with a fresh concept for each piece. Therefore, determining the cost of a specific design is challenging without understanding the intricacies of your envisioned piece. To obtain an estimate, we encourage you to initiate a consultation, where you can share your requirements and aspirations with us. Our ready-made pieces range from $1,850 to $5,600.
When do I have to pay?
Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our utmost priorities. For ready-made pieces, payment is processed at checkout through our secure Stripe payment gateway. For custom designs, we do not collect payment until after you have reviewed and approved the CAD design of your piece and are completely satisfied with all aspects.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer fully insured shipping across the United States. Each piece is carefully packaged in our signature luxury gift box and shipped via insured courier. International shipping is available upon request.
Can I request modifications to a ready-made piece?
Absolutely! Many of our ready-made pieces can be customized with different gemstones, metal types, or sizing. Contact us to discuss modifications, and we’ll provide a quote for the adjusted design.
